Jenny Yoo Showroom SafetyRe-Opening We look forward to being able to welcome you into our showrooms once we are able to re-open. We want you to know that your health and safety, along with that of our employees is our top priority. We will be taking a number of precautions in order to protect you and our employees.
How are we protecting our guests and ourselves?
We will be requiring all of our employees to wear masks, and our clients will be required to wear masks as well. Working within a confined space, we wear our masks to protect you and your masks protect us. We will be requiring our employees to wash and sanitize their hands before and after each appointment, and frequently throughout the day. We encourage our clients to do the same, and will be providing hand sanitizer upon entry into the showroom. We will be temperature screening our stylists when they come to work, and we will advise anyone not feeling well to stay home. We would also ask that if you are not feeling well that you reschedule your appointment. We also have virtual appointments available for both bridal gowns and bridesmaid dresses! We have also implemented enhanced cleaning protocols. In addition to nightly cleanings we will be implementing sanitization procedures between each appointment. Fitting room spaces, dresses, hangers, clips, pens, iPads, measuring tapes, etc. will all be sanitized between each use. Please note that we will not be allowing beverages or food to be brought into the showroom, and we will not be offering refreshments during this time.
How many people can I invite to my appointment?
• We will have strict guest limits of the bride + 2 guests for all (bridal and bridesmaids) appointments. • In our efforts to promote social distancing, we have limited our appointment capacity to 50%. • We will encourage bridal groups and individuals to maintain a Eft distance between one another. • Appointment start times will be staggered to limit the number of people congregating in our waiting areas. • We ask that you arrive at your scheduled appointment time, as we cannot guarantee that a waiting area will be available to you. What can I expect during my appointment?
• We will be limiting browsing in order to maintain social distancing within the showroom- Don't worry, your stylist will pull any dresses you'd like to see! • Your stylist will not join you in the fitting room. You will need to get into the gowns on your own, or can ask one of your guests to assist you. • Your stylist will offer to clip you and show you the proper fit from outside of the fitting room at a safe distance. • If you'd like us to measure you, we are happy to do so outside of the fitting room, in your lightest layer of clothing. Keep this in mind when getting ready to come to your appointment. You may want to bring along a tank top and leggings. If you'd prefer to take your own measurements, we can walk you through it!
