What is the difference between Ready to Ship and Made to Order? Dress styles and sizes labeled as READY TO SHIP on the product page are in stock at our warehouse and are available to ship to you after a 1-2 day processing period. Products, sizes, and dresses labeled as MADE TO ORDER on the product page must be placed through an authorized Jenny Yoo brand retailer, store, or one of our showrooms. Since they are produced to order, they are delivered upon completion.
How far in advance should I order a Made to Order dress? 6-8 months is ideal, but rush Made to Order options may be available and a shortened timeline may be accommodated. Please contact shop@jennyyoo.com if you need a rush on a Made to Order dress.
