"AVAILABLE NOW" Order Status

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

Items that are on Pre-Order can be identified by the 'Approximate Ship Date' which is the estimated date which products will be released for shipping and the 'PRE-ORDER' button on the product page. You will be notified by a Shipping Confirmation email when your Pre-Order item has been shipped.

My Account

  1. Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our "Privacy Policy" for more information.

Returns & Exchanges

Return your purchase in a few simple steps. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. Item for return must be received no later than 30 days of purchase. ALL FINAL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL - NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

STEP 1: Contact us at returns@jennyyoo.com to receive authorization for a return. Please note returns will not be accepted without an e-mail authorization from a Jenny Yoo representative. Items without an authorization will be returned to the customer.

Please include the following information for a return request:

  • Customer Name
  • Order #(Your Order # can be found on your confirmation email, shipment email & packing slip)
  • Reason for Return

STEP 2: Once a return has been authorized, we will e-mail you a packing slip along with a shipping label. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging, and include the packing slip. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are showing. A shipping & handling fee of $10.00 will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount.

Important Note:For your protection, please send your return via the shipping label provided. Please be sure to keep your receipt, as well as the tracking information associated with item(s) returned. We cannot guarantee refunds for returns sent via a non- traceable method. Items for return must be received at our facility within 30 days of purchase-if received after 30 days, item will be returned to customer.

STEP 3: Once received at our facility, your return will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return. You will receive an e-mail notification confirming your return has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service shop@jennyyoo.com within 72 hours of receiving the product.

Jenny Yoo Collection, Inc. will gladly accept online merchandise returns for a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery. We accept "AVAILABLE NOW" online merchandise returns purchased via mail only. Online merchandise cannot be returned to our stores.

Important Note: "MADE-TO-ORDER" items purchased through a Jenny Yoo Collection store & retailers may not be returned or exchanged. Only "AVAILABLE NOW" items purchased through www.jennyyoo.com can only be returned via mail.

If you are returning a product listed below, please check to make sure your return meets the conditions described:

  1. Must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair - and must have the original tags intact and attached.
  2. If the product is defective, please provide a detailed explanation by emailing us at returns@jennyyoo.com. (see additional notes below).
  3. No Returns/Exchanges on FINAL SALE items
  4. For returns received more than 14 days but less than 30 days after the order has been shipped to you, we will provide Online Credit for the purchase price of the item.

For defective, damaged, or mis-shipped (item shipped was not item ordered) items, the issue must be reported within 14 days of receiving shipment. To report such items, contact our online customer service team shop@jennyyoo.com immediately via the e-mail address listed on your packing slip.

 

Most items are in stock and will ship our warehouse within 2-3 days. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment.

Shipping

You will see your total shipping fee calculated in your Shopping Bag when you check-out. Shipping Charge is based on total weight and number of items in shopping cart. For Express Shipping, additional charges apply: Please note, Express Shipping costs are calculated as an order total, not charged per individual item.

Due to the complicated process of shipping internationally, we currently only ship domestically within the United States.

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Our US website ships to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii, but excluding U.S. territories). We do not ship to Post Office Boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

Pricing and Billing

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please note that you may see a pre-authorization for your order amount. This will go away once purchase is processed on your card. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

We are required to asses taxes on any items shipped from a state in which Jenny Yoo Collection has a physical presence; that includes our stores, offices, storage and fulfillment centers.
If you are shipping within: Chicago-9.25% New York State-4% plus any local tax rate imposed by a city, county, or school district. **Please note that depending where in the State the dresses are shipped, local/county tax will apply.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
