What does Made-To-Order mean?
Made-to-Order items are ordered through an authorized Jenny Yoo retailer and are produced to order. This includes our bridal gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and flower girl dresses. As these gowns are produced just for you, they are non-returnable and all sales are final. Please note they are not custom to one’s measurements, and you should refer to our Fit Guide to choose the correct size for you.

What is your return policy on Made-To-Order dresses?
Jenny Yoo does not accept returns or exchanges on any Made-To-Order dresses. These gowns are produced just for you upon ordering and our policy strictly prohibits returns or exchanges of any kind. Jenny Yoo is unable to cancel an order if your event is cancelled and dresses will not be refunded. Please note we are not responsible for replacing dresses due to incorrect sizing chosen. Fabric is dyed per order and we cannot guarantee an exact color match on dresses ordered separately.
When should I place a Made-To-Order dress?
Our lead time can vary based on production schedules. We advise ordering the dresses with ample time before your wedding date to allow for shipping and any alterations that may be needed. Please reach out to your retailer for confirmation on our current lead times.
Will you take orders in less than 12 weeks?
We take rush orders for an additional fee and dependent on our production schedule. Please consult with your retailer for fees associated with rush orders of 12 weeks and under. All rushes require production approval, and there is no guarantee that we will be able to accommodate a rush (although we will try our best)! If we are unable to accommodate your order you can view our items under SHOP that are in stock and are available to ship immediately.
Do you do alterations?
We do not do alterations. We recommend placing your order with 1-2 months between receiving your dress and the wedding date to allow time for alterations. When dealing with delicate fabric, make sure you take your dress to a reliable tailor, as we are not responsible for any issues that may occur once a dress has been altered.
Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately, due to the necessary forms and authorization signatures that are required when purchasing our dresses, we are unable to take phone orders. However, we can and will assist you over the phone with any questions you may have in regards to our ordering process. Please call 212.645.0823 for assistance.

How many friends can I bring to my appointment?
We love a big party, but trust us on this one - you'll have a much more successful appointment with fewer opinions floating around! We ask that you limit your number of guests to four for New York and five for our Chicago salon.
What is the ordering process?
While we suggest going into a Jenny Yoo retailer if possible, we understand that you may not be near one! In this case, you may place an order by completing an Order Form and signing our Policy/Contract Form stating that you understand and agree with all terms. You may then send them via email to [email protected] or [email protected].
How do I pick the best size for me?
For made-to-order items, we highly recommend having measurements taken at an authorized Jenny Yoo retailer or a professional tailor. Review our Fit Guide and find the size that best suits you. Made-to-order dresses are based off our size chart and are not cut to your specific measurements; therefore, you will likely need some alterations for that perfect fit! Please note we are not responsible for replacing dresses due to incorrect sizing.
Can I have my dress shipped?
For NYC or Chicago customers, you may pick up your order at our showroom or choose to have your order shipped to you.
Made-to-order bridesmaid dress - $20 per dress, $30 for 2 or more dresses, $45 for 3 or more dresses
Made-to-order bridal gown - $50 per dress
Accessories - $10 per item
We do not accept P.O. Box addresses. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground with optional additional charges for signature confirmation or expedited shipping. We only ship domestically within the United States.
Will I get charged sales tax?
Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders/merchandise being delivered or picked up in Illinois, New York, and New Jersey.
Will Jenny Yoo Collection ship internationally?
Not yet! We currently only ship domestically within the United States.
What should I do if I have a pregnant or post-pregnant bridesmaid?

How can I check the status of my order?
To check the status of your made-to-order dress, please contact the store that you placed your order with. You can view the list of locations here.
What is a Style Board?
You can consider your Style Board a fun planning tool and personal showroom! Create a Style Board to organize your favorite dresses and see your bridal party vision come to life. Style Boards allow you to visualize your dream mix and match by comparing colors and styles side by side.
Add dresses by clicking the hanger or Style Board icon on each dress page. Create as many boards as you like and click the hanger icon at the top right of our site to view, share, or add more dress options.
Can I share my Style Board?
Yes! Access your Style Board by clicking the hanger icon at the top right of our site. Select a board and follow the share link on the top right of your board. Share this board with your friends, family, and bridal stylist via direct link, email, and SMS.
