Made to Order Policy
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the policies below. All garments are produced specifically for each client once an order is placed.
1. Ordering & Payment
All gowns and garments are made-to-order, meaning they are produced specifically once an order is placed. They are not custom-made to individual measurements, and alterations should be expected to achieve the desired fit.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our garments, all sales are final. Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not permitted once an order has been placed. Once an order has been placed the order cannot be canceled, modified, or changed.
Clients are responsible for ordering with sufficient time for production, delivery, and alterations prior to their event date.
2. Sizing & Alterations
The client has the final decision and responsibility when selecting their gown size. Size recommendations may be provided based on measurements discussed with our team; however, recommendations are not a guarantee of fit.
3. Production, Delivery & Pickup
Ship dates are estimates only. Your order will ship as soon as production is complete, which may occur earlier or up to 7 days after the estimated ship date.
Clients should try on their garment immediately upon receipt. Any concerns must be reported within 21 days of delivery.
4. Fabric & Production Variations
Due to standard textile manufacturing processes, fabric dye lots may vary between production runs. Minor color variations may occur between garments or accessories. These variations are normal within the bridal industry and are not considered defects.
