Returns: Ready-to-Ship bridesmaids, Little White Dresses, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of order date. Bridal gowns may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping fees apply.

Made-to-Order: Produced upon purchase and ship within up to 12 weeks. All Made-to-Order items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

"I live in NYC and went to the store and got measurements, but I wasn’t able to try on a size 2 there so I had to order a 2 in a dress I didn’t even want and pay shipping and return fees to make sure a different final sale made to order dress would fit me. I was hopeful it would fit perfectly and wouldn’t need alterations however it is a little too big in the bodice, the straps are too long and unfortunately not adjustable, and will require at least 3 inches taken off the hem.
