If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.  Returns or exchanges will only be accepted on SHOP ONLINE purchases in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all hang tags, return tags, and packaging still attached.  ALL MADE-TO-ORDER, FINAL SALE and SWATCH items are non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.  Online merchandise cannot be returned to our store. 

STEP 1: Email with your Name, Order Number and a list of items you wish to return. 

STEP 2:We will send you a prepaid label for your items. We do not accept returns for items passed the 30-day return window or items that were ordered FINAL SALE or MADE TO ORDER.  

STEP 3:Affix label to original packaging, along with a printed email, detailing your reason for return. 

STEP 4:We will process your refund for the price of the Item, minus a $10 restocking fee UNLESS your item doesn’t meet the above criteria, or is received in a damaged condition. Your return will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. 

Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return. You will receive an e-mail notification confirming your return has been processed. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the return credit to appear on your credit card statement. 

If you feel that you have received the wrong (mis-shipped), defective, or damaged items, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
