Available Now Bridesmaids, Little White Dress, and Accessories (Domestic Orders)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of order date. We must receive your return within 30 days of order date for it to be accepted.

Returns will only be accepted in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all hang tags, return tags, clean and free of lint and hair and packaging still attached. Please note that we charge a $10 shipping fee for all returns, and any Fedex pickup service will incur an additional $5 fee. Please note we do not refund original shipping cost.

Any concerns or comments regarding any potential damage, defect, or construction issues must be expressed within 10 days of receipt of your order. We recommend trying on/inspecting any purchases immediately after receipt so we can handle any concerns promptly and effectively.


Available Now Bridal Gowns (Domestic Orders)

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your bridal gown purchased online, you may return your gown within 14 days from delivery date. We must receive your return within 14 days for it to be accepted. Please note that we charge a $50 return shipping + restocking fee per dress. This includes the cost of shipping the dress back to us and an increased level of QA and detail in ensuring the dress is refreshed for another customer. 

Bridal gowns returned must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, clean and free of lint and hair. Merchandise must be in original packaging with tags attached. Once a tag is removed, an item cannot be returned. Product returned outside of these conditions may be refused or subject to an additional $75 fee.

Exchanges

At this time we do not have a true exchange program, however, you can use this link to create your return online, and then place the order for the dress that you need! When requesting your return label, you can opt for either store credit which you can use on your exchange dress, or you can have the refund put back on your original payment method. We offer store credit as an option for orders received past the date of acceptance for a monetary refund, up to 90 days from order date. Store credits never expire and can be used for a future purchase at jennyyoo.com. They are not valid for use on made-to-orders.

Credits are processed upon confirmation and inspection of the return, usually within 5-7 business days. You will receive an e-mail notification confirming your return has been processed.


International Orders, Made To Order, Final Sale, and Swatches

All international orders (shipping outside of the United States, including Guam), made-to-order, final sale, and swatch items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. They are not eligible for store credit.
