Returns: Ready-to-Ship bridesmaids, Little White Dresses, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of order date. Bridal gowns may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping fees apply.

Made-to-Order: Produced upon purchase and ship within up to 12 weeks. All Made-to-Order items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

    Fell apart before we even made it down the aisle

    This past September me and the 8 other bridesmaids were highly dissapointed. For preface, none of the bridesmaids wore this beyond trying on/alterations before the big day. The slit began falling apart early on in the morning with little strings falling down making it look messy. The slit itself was poorly stitched and tore up high exposing all 9 of us!! Thankfully the brides aunt had a sewing kit and sewed our dresses shut, but for nearly $300 I was expecting to get to wear the dress beyond 1 day. And certainly was expecting to wear it for 1 day without issues. Highly disappointed.
