Made-to-Order: Produced upon purchase and ship within up to 12 weeks. All Made-to-Order items are final sale and not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit.

How ever I order an 8 because that is my usual size and it was way too small, so I had to return it and go up a size. The return was handle really quickly and I had no problem with them. Just make sure you double check the sizes and your measurements."
